The Company periodically offers shares to the public in New Zealand via a regulated Product Disclosure Statements for both development and operational capital. Such capital would be applied to facilitate the operations of Air Future 2024 Ltd and the commercialisation activities taking place within the transport, electricity and energy storage businesses.
The Company also makes offers of shares to eligible investors who can sign appropriate certificates under the legislation.
